Where: Back Office -> Guest Profiles


If you have more that one profile for the same guest, you may wish to merge them so that all the guest history is connected to only one profile. 


Make sure you are on the By Guest Name tab and review the list for any duplicate names. Once you establish that the two profiles refer to the same person, move to one of the duplicated the profiles and select Move to New Guest Profile (at the botton right of the screen as highlighted). On the window that pops up, enter the number of the profile you wish to merge that profile with and select OK.



The following window will popup. Verify that the information is correct, and select OK.



All the history of the guest previous and current stays and any future reservations, etc, will be merged into the profile selected.
