This is the credit card encryption key, NOT the roomMaster encryption key.
Do the following to assign/rotate the encryption key:
1. All users should exit out of roomMaster and all interfaces should be shut down
2. Sign to roomMaster with IQ login
3. Select Setup > Configuration > Manage > Encryption Key
4 Press the Rotate and Re-encrypt Key
5. Once the process is complete, press OK to return the system back to normal.
