Cause: You assumed a guest was not going to appear and so you cancelled their reservation as a “no show” and created the no-show folio.


Solution: If you have not completed the night audit, click on the Folios -> Guests Checked Out, open the No-Show folio, select Recheckin  and then select a room number.



If the audit has already been completed, you need to bring the folio back from History into the Guest Ledger before you cn recheckin the folio. Go to Back Office > Guest History Detail, select the folio and then click on Insert. A message will pop up giving you the option to bring the folio back to the guest ledger. Click Yes to continue



Cancel the transaction that pops up next to bring the folio back intot he guest ledger.



Now, you can go to Folios -> Guests Checked Out, open the folio and select ReCheckin and choose a room rumber in the normal manner.
