This problem arises when audit reports are set to go to the AuditReports subfolder in the roomMaster directory instead of the PDFReports subfolder.

To fix, go to Setup -> Configuration -> Guest Ledger -> Day-end Close Options ->PDF Options and enter the settings as shown below highlighted in green.

roomMaster also saves 7 days of audit reports just in case they were not saved to the PDF. This allows you to save the reports that were missed. Go to Night Audit -> Day-end Close Reprint to recreate the missing PDFs. You can select the date from the drop down box and then click on the Recreate Dayend Close Report Pack. This saves the reports in the proper location that you set up in the previous step.

You can also select and print a single report or a group of reports.
