Go to the EPI and close the EPI session for the call posting and then click on Config and select Show Active Only. Next, click on the configuration for the call posting. Please be sure you are updating the right configuration. Ideally the words "call posting" should be in the file name, but this is not always so. 


 


Next, go to the Override Extensions tab and scroll through to make sure that all the admin extensions are listed.  If they are not listed, then calls from any such extensions will post to the Unposted Phone Calls folio (PHNE) in roomMaster and would also show up in the Journal.




Next, highlight each Admin Extension and click on Change and then select Disregard All Calls from this Extension.
